1- Inspection on raw material: For major raw materials such as PVC resin powder, plasticizes, stabilizers, etc., each batch must be tested for compliance with our company's requirements. if the ingredients contain the quantity which does not meet our requirement, we will return them back, and require the raw material manufacturers to reproduce.
2- Inspection on middle layer, bottom layer and core: When producing LVT middle and bottom layer and the core of WPC & SPC, we will check whether the thickness is uniform without interruption at different points, as well as whether there are bubbles, dents, bulges, discoloration, etc. on the surface. Once any defect that does not meet the quality requirements are found, we will immediately stop producing, and try to find out the cause, and re-adjust the equipment until being normal.
3- Inspection on film: For each batch of color film, we will make the sample (including UV and wear layer) to confirm with the customer before producing the official order. Or, we will compare with the retained floors from before shipment to check the color difference. Only when the naked eye is almost indistinguishable, we will allow the color film to enter the formal production process. In this process, we will also send to the customer for confirmation, or invite the customer to our factroy confirm by themselves.
4-Inspection on the surface of steel plate : we will focus on checking whether the surface of the steel plate is consistent with the customer's requirements, especially the EIR surface steel plate, and also check whether the steel surface and the film texture are consistent. In addition, we also have embossed, crystal, hand-scrape, slate, leather surface and other surface.
5-Inspection on wear layer: Firstly, we will check the color. If the color of the wear layer is not up to standard, it will directly cause the color difference on floor. Secondly, we will inspect the density, which will directly influence wear layer’s quality. Then, we will check whether the thickness is up to standard. We purchase wear layer is based on weight, but we sell to customers according to thickness, so the actual thickness will directly affect the customer's interests. Finally, we will check the surface for any problems such as stains and scratches.
6-Inspection before and after hot press: Before hot press, we will check the thickness of middle layer and bottom layer is up to standard. Whether the film code is consistent with customer’s requirement. Whether this lot of floor need fiber glass. Whether the surface of the floor has stains, scratches, bubbles, debris, etc. After hot press, we will check Whether the film has discoloration problem.
7-Inspection on EIR Surface: We will check whether the surface is consistent with customer’s requirement, and whether the film surface is match with the steel plate surface.
8-Inspection on UV: We will check if the gloss meets the requirement, and test its performance of stain resistance and scratch resistance.
9-Inspection on annealing: We will test if the temperature of the hot water and cold water meet the requirement. Whether the speed of the annealing conveyor meets the requirement. Whether the moisture is sufficiently drained before entering the thermostatic workshop.
10-Inspection on the thermostatic workshop: In order to ensure the floor stability, following process need to be done in the workshop with constant temperature. We have professional equipment to test the temperature if constant. Floors need to be placed in the thermostatic workshop at least 24-48 hours.
11-Inspection before punching: Before punching, we will check the model if its length and width correct. And, if any problem like peeling, scraping, scratching and remnant exists.
12- Inspection on edge beveling: If customers need, we have micro-beveling, deep beveling and paint beveling.
13-Inspection on click: We will check the straightness of long side and short side if up to standard. Whether the click type is the same with customer’s need. We will use professional equipment to test the click strength if reach the standard.
14-Inspection on installation: We will randomly select some pieces of floor to check the installing effect. At first, we will check if all length and thickness are consistent. Then, put floors together or click them together to check if there is any gap between two pieces of floor.
15-Inspection on cartons: We accept OEM orders. So, customers normally send their own carton designs to us, then we will make and print for them. Before floors being packed, we will check if the print is clear, if the content is correct, if the size is appropriate. And, most, important, if all factors are consistent with customer’s requirement.
16-Inspection on package: We will check if there are floors broken, scratches, bubbles, stains. Whether the number of pieces per package is up to standard. Whether the labels, including patent labels are attached to the appointed position.
17-Inspection on pallets: Before palletizing, we will check whether the floors are places unified. All cartons will be warped by stretch film, and protected by paper corner strips, then packed by solid packing belt. Then, covered by new wood tray. Finally, each pallet will be stick with shipping marks which according to customer’s requirement as well.
18-Samples retention: Normally, we will reserve 2-3 pieces floor with each specification for later verification. If there are no special requirements, the samples will be destroyed within two years.
19-Container loading supervision: Before loading, we will check the container information, then taking photos of empty containers, the container number and the seal number. We will also take photos during the loading process. We will check if the pallet gap being filled with airbags. Finally, we will take photos when the container being locked.
20-Inspection on accessories: Fiber glass, Underlay(IXPE, EVA, CORK), Pallets, packing belt, wrapping film, etc.
