Rules on the Samples-Floor partner
Normally，we always have some standing samples prepared in our stock, which could be sent to customers whenever necessary. The samples include WPC floor, LVT floor and SPC floor. But the colors, patterns, size, thickness and wear-layer thickness are all fixed. Customers can only choose from them. Normally, standing samples are required by customers only to confirm our quality or colors, patterns, thickness etc. In addition, It is possible that our standing samples can’t meet customer’s requirement. In that case, we will need customer to provide their samples for us to check the colors and patterns，no matter photos or real floors. We will find the similar or same samples from our showroom or stock according to customer’s requirements. After we find the similar or same samples, we will take photos and send pictures to customer at first. Once customer accepts, we will send the real samples to them. But, here we would like to emphasis one point that the samples we send to customer is only for confirming the colors and patterns. For example, the customer need WPC with such a color, but we may send SPC with such a color to customer also. Because all colors can be used on LVT, WPC and SPC floor. and if we don't have the real samples in stock for the color or type the customers required，we will find the film first and then arrange the production department to make the customized samples， and that will need a few days.
